I really can't suggest this site. I was trying to buy a durag for my dad for Christmas, but turns out this wasn't the place to do it. Once you place an order, there's no way to keep tabs on your package(s). My delivery was taking forever, so I contacted Taelor Boutique to find out what was up. I had to reach out to them to learn that my package was missing; I didn’t get any emails with updates on my order or anything. They got back to me saying they could either give me a refund or some voucher codes, but I just wanted my money back. They still haven't replied since then. To make matters worse, not only did they fail to refund me; they’ve been trying to use my card info for Amazon. Thankfully, I caught it in time. They also blocked my emails and marked them as spam. Seriously, I can't stress enough how much I do not recommend this website.

I've consistently had a good time with my purchases. Big thanks for putting your all into each item. Always punctual, and the quality is top-notch every time.

I just got a bonnet cap from Taelor boutique, and it showed up in just two days, which was awesome! Unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong one because I ordered the incorrect size. I reached out to Taelor boutique's customer service and chatted with a lady named Sherille. She was super helpful, and after a few emails back and forth, my correct order is now on its way. Big thanks to Sherille! I'll definitely be shopping at Taelor boutique again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

These durags are absolutely stunning. I was aiming for a Lafayette Reynolds vibe (from True Blood), and these are just what I needed. I’ll surely be getting more. Y'all gon' recognize me soon! Haha

The delivery was speedy, and the items matched the description perfectly. I'm really into the curved wave brush, and having various color choices for the durags was a nice touch. Super creative designs and colors!

Initially, I was missing some of the durags I ordered, but eventually, they sent the rest. Now, my velvet durags are bleeding and messing up everything they come into contact with. It's F'D UP!! Taelor Boutique hasn't responded to any of my messages or the photos of the mess in 5 days. I'm really not cool with this unreliable service.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this shop! I messed up my address, and as soon as I figured it out, I reached out to them. They got back to me right away, and they were super understanding. My package was shipped out the same day it came back. The durags I got for my boyfriend are just fantastic! He thinks they’re ‘really silky.’ I’ll for sure be coming back for more!

This website is just the worst. The shipping is super slow, and the support team is awful. I tried contacting them several times for an update on my order, but I haven't heard back. I'm still waiting for my stuff. Seriously, don't shop here.

I placed an order for three items, with two of them included in the first shipment. The third item was actually suggested to me after I made that initial purchase. So far, I've only gotten the first order with the two items, and I'm still waiting on the second one. The product itself is really fantastic, and I genuinely enjoy it. I'd be keen to buy more, but I've been trying to reach out to the seller to sort out the situation. I can't even get a tracking number, though I do have my order number and receipt. I'd love to give them a 5-star review, but due to the missing item and the poor customer service, I'm stuck at 3 stars.

I got myself two velvet durags, one in light blue and the other in black. My boyfriend is really into it! Taelor Boutique has awesome customer service! I ended up ordering another durag for him since he was eyeing the purple one, haha. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

Honestly, I gotta say… the two durags I got are the only ones I’ve been using since they showed up. The quality is fantastic, and they’re definitely my go-to durags. No issues at all. I’d totally suggest them to friends and will keep backing your brand until I go bald. Much respect!
